My way to Corlico

Corlico was not born out of an idea, but out of experience. From the experience that many forms of coaching remain superficial. That they motivate but don't deliver. That they promise but don't really change.

I got to know the world of psychology, education and personal development from the inside - in theory and practice, in training and in decades of working with people in real life situations.

One simple question has always preoccupied me: why does so much change fail to materialize, even though people are making an honest effort? The answer to this question was one of the reasons why Corlico was created.


What I stand for

I don't believe in change through even more input. I also don't believe in temporary motivation. I believe in clarity. In depth. In the willingness to look honestly.

Corlico stands for coaching that does not manage symptoms, but addresses the core. Not on the surface. Not arbitrarily. Not as a short-term impulse. But in such a way that change becomes tangible in life.
